While some aspects of menopause are starting to be discussed, there is still a taboo around the changes that impact our enjoyment of sex during menopause. Stress, low libido, mood swings, and vaginal dryness, can all inhibit our desire for intimacy with a partner. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
