SENIOR LEADER TRAINING
Menopause leadership training provides the knowledge and skills to support a menopause-inclusive workplace.
By the end of the two hour training, leaders will be equipped with the skills to:
Foster a menopause-inclusive workplace through awareness, policy and benefits
Communicate about menopause with sensitivity and respect
Provide support systems that promote a culture of empathy and belonging
Incorporate wellness initiatives that address physical and mental health during menopause
Gather employee feedback to measure the impact of the workplace environment and policies related to menopause.
