Georgia Cutt

Georgia’s athlete background involves playing rugby league and union for 14 years in the UK, before taking the opportunity to come and play rugby for Hong Kong Football club Rugby Team. Despite playing on the field, Georgia is also an avid weightlifter and enjoys boxing.

She works with female clients through all life stages; pre/post natal, peri/menopausal, female athletes, osteoporosis, lower back and knee pain clients to help reduce, prevent injuries, while improving quality of life through exercise. Having a background of being a female athlete, she understands the sacrifices, barriers, physical and mental needs that come with wanting to be the best version of yourself in sport.

Gill Welgemoed

Gill is a Pilates instructor and personal trainer whose main focus is in the women’s health space, she is passionate about guiding women through all phases of life including pre/postnatal and peri/menopausal life phases.

Gill is a keen triathlete and enjoys training for and taking part in half Ironmans in her free time.
