I am a strategic and authentic leader and trusted business partner, with a talent for developing people, driving positive change, and building organisations that are aligned to an innovative culture. An integral part of every company I work with, I combine HR experience with evidence-based coaching to encourage a more human way of doing business.
I bring deep knowledge of the financial services and technology markets, and my work with executives in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia, South Africa, Europe, and the US lends a unique global perspective and cultural sensitivity to my practice.
Having navigated organisational landscapes and transitioned for work on three continents myself, my own experience enriches my understanding and compassion for what people and organisations need in order to succeed during times of change. And, my ongoing service to not-for-profits strengthens my commitment to helping organisations provide purpose-led environments where people can create meaningful impact.
I draw from a Masters in Business, Human Resources and post-graduate studies in Psychology, in addition to my training and qualification as a coach with these globally recognised coaching programs.
