If you don't know anything about the peri/ menopause then this is a good course to start with. Being around like minded people who are genuinely interested in this topic (as it will affect most women, their families, partners, work colleagues at some stage of life) and having an awareness of what may be happening to these women, to then be able to point them in the right direction of support.

The opportunity to spend the day with Lisa and learn from her and others was enlightening. It helped me professionally to see a wider view of how menopause affects women, and will help me in the future to better support the women I have the privilege to look after.
A lovely day, thank you Lisa🌸
